Shipping policy

All orders are typically despatched within 1 working day. We currently use Royal Mail services for all orders and despatch Monday to Friday.*

UK - Royal Mail 2nd Class/48 services are used as our standard shipping methods. Standard shipping is free for all UK orders over £20. For orders under £20 this will be charged at £2.99. This service typically takes 2-3 working days from despatch. If you need your item faster you can select Express Delivery (1-2 days from despatch) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (delivered next working day Mon-Sat) in the checkout. Orders with paid upgrades will be despatched same day providing your order is placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday. If the order is received after 12 or on a weekend or Bank Holiday, it will be despatched the following working day using the chosen service. If a product carries any other shipping time this will be noted on the product page or at checkout. 

Please note the only guaranteed next day service is Special Delivery. Express has a next day delivery aim but can on occasion take 2 days. While the majority of Express packages are delivered next day, if you need a guaranteed service then please select Special Delivery.

Over Christmas and Bank Holiday periods shipping can take longer. Exceptions to normal delivery times will be stated on our home page, so please be sure to check before ordering.

As soon as your product is prepared for despatch you will receive a confirmation email which will contain your tracking reference. All packages are scanned at the point of delivery and Royal Mail will update their website and record proof of the delivery date and time. Please ensure you check your spam folder if you have not received an order confirmation or tracking email as they may have gone there depending on your spam settings.

EU - Flat Rate Royal Mail International Shipping typically takes around 5-7 days.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

UK Standard - once you receive your tracking number, delivery time will be 2-3 working days. 

UK Express - once you receive your tracking number, delivery time will be 1-2 working days.

UK Special Delivery orders are despatched same day (Mon-Fri) if placed before 12 noon, or next working day if after 12 noon. Delivery is guaranteed to be on the day after despatch.

Note: On some occasions deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland can take slightly longer, so please bear this in mind when selecting your delivery service.

EU Standard - once you receive your despatch confirmation, delivery time will around 5-7 working days. 

*Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays with Royal Mail once we purchase their service on your behalf and hand the parcel to them in good faith.
